Loved the item with the beautiful wooden box and braided bracelet. It came very well-protected and wrapped. However, the DHL delivery person delivered the package to the wrong building. They sent a pic as proof of delivery but not to my address. It sent me on a hunt and finally after the third building I found it. I made a formal complaint to DHL. That said, I am still extremely happy with my item. THANK YOU.
