The curipe is amazing, such a wonderful item. The customer service is great, very timely, very friendly, very supportive. I would by a second one right away would the have one :) ... Shipping to Germany got complicated but due to DHL. The item was delays at customs without any notice. So maybe try to avoid them and go with UPS or FedEx next time. Thank you so much for the lovely present I could still make right in time! And the great exchange via messages.
