All drawing have sacred meaning, for example on a picture above dragon head can see 3 signs, it means on Balinese langueage Ang (Brahma) Ung (Wisnu) Mang (Siva) and each from that 3 gods have personal weapon.

Wisnu have weapon "Chakra" (On a middle of carpet)
Siva have "Trisula" (On a left side) in Balinese culture Trisula have round for same like mandala.
Brahma have "Gada" (On a right side like wand).

Altar carpet can use for spiritual cleaning or meditation when person is sitting covered with a carpet. It powerful Balinese style cleansing meditation.
